Teresa De Gennaro, who was chosen to duet with Scott Armstrong in ‘Marry Me’ and ‘A Tenor,A Soprano’, reminded me of a young Bette Midler with her stage presence, comic timing and strong projectory voice. Both her and Scott in ‘A Tenor, A Soprano’ showed off their musical capabilities. And quite rightly so too!................UK Theatre Network

Teresa DeGennaro played various roles in this production and she is a very versatile actress. Her comical representation of Madonna was very amusing and her role as the cat lady who lives behind the recording studio was very well done. Her quote about downloading mp7's on the net had the children of the audience laughing. .....Weekend Notes

Gennaro’s lilting voice, carefully developed expression of a young woman moving from just helping out to near full time carer is strong and heartfelt.................................................Db Magazine
Equally as impressive was Teresa De Gennaro as Genevieve. Her ability to be both a compassionate carer and a frustrated daughter allowed the audience to really connect with the character. She also delivered several well executed vocal performances throughout the show. ….Theatre Guide

High energy, humour, fun costumes and some great singing!.....................................Play & Go Adelaide
This really is an absolutely enchanting show.
Imaginative, simple, with strong messages for young children and using skilful and highly entertaining characterisation. The talented cast of only three performers belies the number of characters which are on show. Particular kudos to Jarrad Parker’s smarmy, sarcastic alleycat, Teresa de Gennaro’s excitable but devious poodle and of course Melissa Eccleston as Windy.

Muriel Matters
Charming, elegant, witty and entertaining local actress, Teresa De Gennaro, embodies the spirit of this proud, determined woman who fought so tireless for gender equality across the UK. She speaks directly to the audience in an intimate retelling of her life, interspersed with twelve short songs, predominantly arranged by Carol Young ....... De Gennaro draws you into her journey with expert loving hands................................…..Glam Adelaide

Eccleston and De Gennaro have written a lovely script, and the cast marvelously improvises when required. - InDaily
